Welcome to the WIKI for the MRC Centre for Global Infectious Disease Analysis
These pages are designed to accumulate and share information that might be useful. It will start by focusing on programming - scripts, bits of code, cluster use, different data sets, and so on. But being a wiki, it can be extended by anyone, to include information you feel is worth putting somewhere for others to find later. Try to do so in a pleasant consistent way, but more importantly, please feel free to contribute and comment.
